RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
- We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. Return/Exchange can be done only once. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 150 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs x amount will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
- If the product you have received is damaged/missing/wrong product: Please don't worry, in this case we just ask you to send the pictures of the damaged/ wrong product and send you the correct product at your doorstep.
- If you have received a wrong product, make sure to not use the product and preserve it in it's original condition as we will initiate the return of that product and the quality check of the product will be done at our warehouse. If anything is missing/used you will have to incur the charge of the same. For Proof of Missing Product Customer is Advised to Take a Video of Unboxing. We will consider this as proof and helps us further Claim Insurance from the Courier Company. Without an Unboxing Video proof we do not consider the Missing Claims.
Kindly allow 3-5 Business days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
Payments made with COD option will receive store credit which will be valid for 60 days.
Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal by dropping a Mail . All queries will be solved between Monday-Sunday, 9 am- 6 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.
Please note that we do not solve customer queries on WhatsApp. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Any items purchased during a offer/Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
Once the product reaches our warehouse, the quality check will be done from our end and the report will be sent to you on your email/ phone.
If the quality check fails the products will be reshipped back to you. This may take a time of around 7-10 days for you to get the refund.
